      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of the enterprise-wide reporting strategy for the Oracle Health (Cerner) solution
      - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Health's data structure and reporting tools
      - Design, develop, and implement complex reporting solutions and dashboards
      - Oversee ETL processes ensuring data quality and integrity
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational data governance policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, reporting, or data warehousing
      - 3+ years of experience developing reports from a Cerner Millennium EHR environment
      - Proven experience in a lead role managing analytics or reporting teams
      - Strong understanding of clinical operations and documentation workflows

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL)
      - Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms, particularly OCI
      - Experience using modern visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
      - Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, FHIR) and regulatory compliance
