What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan, including scope, schedule, and risk posture
- Lead all testing events including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Manage automation frameworks using Oracle Health Test Studio and maintain defect tracking in Jira/Confluence
- Collaborate with domain test managers and facilitate daily stand-ups and readiness reviews
- Communicate complex testing strategies to stakeholders at all levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare IT testing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience with Oracle Health Millennium and RevElate testing frameworks
- Deep understanding of EHR testing best practices and compliance testing (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)
- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards and device integration
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in ISTQB, HIMSS, or Oracle Health testing tools
- Experience with federal/state EHR implementations
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and hybrid hosting models
- Experience with behavioral health, correctional, and long-term care testing scenarios
