      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enter and validate customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection and pricing
      - Manage all orders within an assigned district from entry through shipment
      - Resolve problematic orders, including discrepancies and shipping issues
      - Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding order details
      - Maintain accurate order and customer records within ERP and CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of order management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization
      - Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace free of distractions and comply with HIPAA requirements
      - Capacity to multi-task and work with interruptions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Dynamics 365
      - Familiarity with healthcare industry processes and regulations
      - Previous experience in customer service or support roles
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
