      This role is essential to delivering seamless customer experience after the sale. As an Order Management Specialist, you ensure orders are accurate, on time, and executed without friction. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue flow.

      You are more than order support, you are a key connector across sales, logistics, and customers, helping keep projects moving and relationships strong.

      What You'll Do

      You will manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment while ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues. This role combines order processing, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.

      Key Responsibilities Include:
      • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and speed
        • Communicate order updates, changes, and issues to internal teams and customers
        • Resolve fulfillment issues, delays, and discrepancies
        • Partner with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement teams
        • Manage customer cases including returns, damages, and shipping issues
        • Monitor order tracking and proactively address delivery challenges
        • Support logistics coordination and optimize shipping solutions
        • Maintain accurate data across systems and ensure process compliance

      What You Bring
      • Experience in order management, operations, or supply chain
        • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
        • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
        • Excellent communication and customer service skills
        • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

      What You Need
      • 2+ years of related experience
        • Familiarity with supply chain or warehouse processes
        • Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating across teams

      Physical & Work Environment
      • Primarily sitting, desk-based role with extended computer use
      • Fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

      Compensation & Benefits:

      • The compensation for this position is $53,000 - $58,000 annually
      • Retirement Program with up to 5% Employer match
