What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing, ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve order discrepancies and provide necessary updates to customers
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders, invoices, and corresponding documentation
- Communicate with the shipping department to ensure timely dispatch of orders and address any shipping inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications preferred
- Proven experience in order processing or a similar role within the machinery or manufacturing industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset
