What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in leading the Order to Cash (O2C) team, providing guidance and performance management
- Train team members on the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, and cash application
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries
- Report on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-currency environments
- Proven experience in assisting to manage O2C operations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making
- Project management or process improvement experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with payment platforms like Stripe
- Familiarity with ERP systems and system integration projects, such as NetSuite or Salesforce
- Experience in the SaaS and payments industry
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills
