      SEO Executive

      Hybrid Role

      Hooton, Cheshire

      Are you an SEO specialist with a strong drive for optimising organic search performance? Do you thrive in a fast-paced industry, keeping up with ever-evolving search trends? We are looking for an SEO Executive to join our team in Hooton, offering a hybrid working model that balances collaboration and flexibility.

      Role Overview:

      As an Organic Search Executive, you will be responsible for managing the SEO workflow across a portfolio of clients, ensuring technical optimisation, strategic execution, and continuous improvement of organic search performance. Your expertise will directly contribute to client growth, retention, and long-term success.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance client rankings and visibility.
      • Conduct manual technical SEO audits, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
      • Manage technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, and performance optimization.
      • Utilise industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz.
      • Collaborate with clients and teams, translating complex SEO insights into effective strategies.
      • Stay informed on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging SEO practices.
      • Contribute to a supportive team environment, fostering knowledge-sharing and development.

      Essential Skills & Experience:

      • Minimum 2 years of SEO experience in an agency or client-side role.
      • Strong understanding of SEO tools and performance analytics.
      • Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP functions).
      • Ability to communicate complex SEO audit results in a clear and accessible manner.
      • Strategic thinking with expertise in content marketing techniques.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
