What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a Change Management strategy to support project adoption
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and project stakeholders
- Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness
- Support training efforts and oversee the design and delivery of training programs
- Track and report on change progress and stakeholder engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience facilitating IT implementations, HR transformations, or process redesigns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish strong relationships and influence others
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting supply management, inventory and logistics, and fleet management projects
- Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
- Strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization
- Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations
