      As a Vice President on the Organizational Effective (OE) team, you will work on fast-paced projects at the top of our senior management’s agenda. These projects include organizational design, strategic change, and change management . You will be responsible for taking the ideas, developing a storyboard, and defining the end-to-end activities in collaboration with key stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. You will ask substantive questions to assess client need, engage relevant stakeholders to explore options and implement agreed solutions and will present content and updates to leaders in HR and their aligned business and remain responsive to stakeholder inquiries.       Job Responsibilities

      • Lead work streams across culture, organization design, strategic change and change management to deliver recommend and develop solutions for areas of high business impact
      • Work with clients and team members to create key OE deliverables such as organizational assessments, change impact assessments or a stakeholder analysis while identifying and raising project headwinds or risks
      • Utilize expert data analysis, storytelling and facilitation skills to prepare and deliver senior-level presentations to support business decisions and implement solutions
      • Coach clients, partners, and advisors on best practices for building culture, designing their organizations or leading a large-scale change
      • Collaborate with OE team members working to connect the dots across multiple initiatives
      • Support the evolution of our comprehensive organization design and effectiveness philosophy and team capabilities by designing, developing tools and templates for project delivery.

      Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

      • 7+ years of experience in a combination of organization design and development, change management, coaching, leadership development or related human resources function.
      • Previous human capital consulting experience with top consulting firm or internal consulting organization
      • Organization Effectiveness practitioner with demonstrated skill leading or supporting end-to-end org design, change management or culture initiatives
      • Highly consultative with the ability to influence & drive change and outcomes across stakeholders
      • Strong focus on customer experience and consulting acumen in support of teams and the development of solutions; results oriented self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and complexity using existing resources and tools
      • Strong organization and time management skills; Ability to engage in or manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with competing priorities
      • Demonstrated ability to take the complex and make it simple; Critical thinker who leverages quantitative and qualitative analytics and data to identify issues, trends and insights as well as develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause
