What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies and learning roadmaps aligned to organizational goals
- Facilitate high-quality training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs for diverse audiences
- Lead the design and development of instructional materials and OCM plans
- Provide executive and leadership coaching to enhance leader effectiveness
- Track, evaluate, and report on training outcomes and OCM milestones
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in developing and delivering training strategy and programs
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience implementing OCM strategies using an industry standard change management framework
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and facilitate learning programs that meet diverse learner needs
- Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Formal education or certifications in OD/OCM, instructional design, coaching, or related fields
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: training strategy, instructional design, leadership development, or executive coaching
