Accountable for effective design of the organized provider account strategic approach and key financial and non-financial milestones and metrics
Determine action areas where value can be extracted, enhanced, and/or created across the portfolio
Develop budget recommendations, goals, and training necessary to advance program objectives
Ensures the delivery of customer facing marketing materials designed to educate C-/D-suite leaders on GSK’s differentiated value proposition tailored to the needs of the providers in scope
Tracks and analyzes competitive activities and market developments to guide strategy development
Accountable for the Organized Provider Accounts Strategy (OPAS) Group and ensure program is executing on customer initiatives and meeting key performance indicators
Generate short- and long-term account-focused strategic plan in partnership with BUs, market access and medical
Accountable to develop, execute, and evolve an Organized Provider Account training plan for the OPAS team and for the purposes of educating the wider GSK U.S. Commercial team.
Support the development and execution of value-based agreements designed specifically for organized providers.
Partner closely with the Brands to ensure core marketing strategies including segmentation, targeting, and messaging are integrated into the planning and execution of all innovative solutions.
Collaborate with medical, commercial leads, etc. to recognize programs that have shown success to scale more broadly
Keep the U.S. Commercial Leadership Team regularly informed of the OPAS group status and ensure timely removal of organizational barriers as necessary to scale the capability
Establish and revise KPIs to drive desired performance and track on a regular basis, monitoring effectiveness
BS/BA degree
Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharma experience including brand/product marketing, strategic marketing, field marketing, and customer facing roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management with organized customers.
MBA degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in Oncology and/or Specialty and or Vaccines
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and tactics that deliver tangible value.
Demonstrated understanding of health system business, decision making processes, and market trends
Experience in translating health system market knowledge and develop strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
Experience as key account manager, navigating complex accounts, with a proven track record of accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
Development and execution of innovative contracts, including value-based agreements.
Regional and national payer knowledge.
Technical knowledge of health care reimbursement from a patient and provider perspective
Experience in working in a matrix environment, managing cross functional teams (brand marketing, sales, market access, medical, legal, data analytics, IT, compliance, finance, legal, regulatory).
Effective leadership and management skills with ability to motivate, influence and support others.
Presentation skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and succinctly to groups and/or individuals.
Demonstrated ability to identify issues quickly and develop recommendations to resolve in a timely, compliant manner.
Understanding of patient privacy laws including HIPAA and similar state laws.
Knowledge of US and Global compliance guidelines, laws, and practices.

An Organized Provider Account Strategy (OPAS) team is being stood up to test and learn then later scale a customer-centric engagement model that delivers solutions to sophisticated systems.
We are dedicated to improving patient outcomes and driving innovation in healthcare. The Organized Provider Account Strategy Lead (OPASL) oversees a function that will own strategy and coordination across the team including account insights generation, solution development, and operational execution. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in co-creating with providers and executing strategic initiatives tailored to these groups. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, market access, field reimbursement, medical affairs, data analytics, finance, compliance, legal, IT, and corporate communications to gain broad alignment on strategies and tactics.
