What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead business development and sales activities for Ormco products within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists and their clinical teams
- Utilize consultative and educational sales approaches to influence product usage
- Conduct territory analysis and develop strategic business plans to achieve sales goals
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and manage expectations regarding product delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience in customer relationship and account management
- Proven sales skills with the ability to navigate a sales process and manage territory effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (SF.com or Dynamics)
