What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule blood donation appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the donor experience
- Retain donors by resolving customer service concerns and ensuring a positive interaction
- Code donor records accurately based on provided information
- Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere to achieve organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience in a contact center preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously while meeting goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare or nonprofit sector
- Familiarity with donor management systems or databases
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude that fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Experience in a repetitive role that primarily involves phone communication
