What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
- Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms
- Meet daily goals for outbound dials and appointments set
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested by members and providers
- Monitor performance results and report member complaints to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience or 2 years of general work experience
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment with outbound calling preferred
- Good communication skills with the ability to treat members with professional courtesy
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with an auto dialer and following scripts in a high-volume call center
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a results-oriented environment
- Friendly and conversational communication style
