What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and ensure member understanding
- Meet daily goals for outbound dials, appointments set, and quality targets
- Monitor performance results and report member complaints
- Adhere to HIPAA and other security guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required
- Previous outbound call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Proficiency in the English language
