What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to policyholders, prospects, and customers to identify tailored insurance solutions
- Conduct needs-based discovery conversations to offer appropriate solutions and close sales
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Stay informed about policy provisions, rates, and marketing campaigns to effectively meet customer needs
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets by following best practices and improving sales techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must obtain and maintain insurance licenses: life, health, and accident insurance within the first 90 days of employment
- Strong customer interaction and sales skills with experience in sales environments
- Flexibility in attendance and ability to adjust to various schedules as needed
- Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to multitask and troubleshoot equipment
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Currently possess insurance licenses in Life and Health
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly performance targets in an outbound sales position
- Prior insurance sales experience with an in-depth understanding of insurance products and policy language
