What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage your own recruiting business as an Independent Recruiter & AI Staffing Partner
- Generate leads, manage your pipeline, and close deals with clients seeking recruiting and HR software solutions
- Provide recruiting services and act as a strategic advisor to clients
- Earn commissions on placements and residual income from software sales
- Leverage advanced technology to differentiate yourself in the market
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in recruiting/talent acquisition (agency, in-house, or freelance) is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate leads and manage business metrics
- Comfort using tech tools and adapting workflows
- Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management skills
- Strong sales, communication, and advisory skills to consult with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a commission-based sales role
- Familiarity with HR technology and software solutions
- Established network within the recruiting industry
- Prior experience in business development or client relationship management
