Business Development coordinator
Warwick – Permanent – Hybrid
Salary - £23,500 - £26,500
Are you a people person who loves building new relationships? In this role, you'll get to develop and create new connections with clients, focusing on growing our business and forging strong, lasting bonds.
You’ll enjoy the perfect blend of working 2-3 days per week, with the option for open discussions around your needs.
Your knack for engaging confidently and comfortably on the phone will be essential as you interact with both existing and new clients, as well as training centres that can provide leads to help drive our business forward.
Data is key in our industry, and you'll be the go-to person for accurately capturing and inputting information into our CRM system. Don’t worry if you're not familiar with Salesforce and SAP; if you’ve got experience with any CRM system, we believe systems are teachable! Plus, your proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, will help you effortlessly schedule meetings and visits.
While you'll spend some of your time in the office, we also offer opportunities to get out and travel with us. This occasional travel is important to us and our team. As we all work in different locations across the UK, we value coming together to collaborate. Whether it's a conference or a team meeting, we choose different locations each time to accommodate everyone. This means we’ll put you up in a hotel for the night, giving you a chance to enjoy a day out of the everyday office routine with your lovely team.
This role will suit someone with the ability and confidence to steer conversations with our clients, adding value and building lasting partnerships. While previous experience is not essential, being comfortable holding conversations both on the phone and in person is crucial.
