      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and lead outdoor education activities such as nature hikes, conservation projects, and learning sessions
      - Maintain student discipline and safety during various outdoor activities
      - Supervise students in living activities and ensure a clean and orderly environment
      - Administer emergency first aid as necessary
      - Operate various technology and equipment related to educational activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or outdoor setting
      - Ability to maintain student discipline and safety
      - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse groups
      - Willingness to participate in a post-offer background check and physical exam
      - Availability for variable daily hours, with a commitment to a part-time position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in outdoor education or related fields
      - Familiarity with ecology, biology, botany, or astronomy subjects
      - Skills in leading recreational activities and managing large groups of students
      - First Aid and CPR certification
      - Passion for fostering positive character development in youth
