We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Calgary has an opportunity to join our Food and Beverage Team as an Outlets Manager. At Hyatt, We build connections, celebrate success and create inclusive environments, together. Care is our favorite flavour.
This is an exciting role, which will involve engaging and providing services to our guests through Thomsons Kitchen & Bar, Bakers Coffee Shop and In-Room Dining.
What is expected of me in this role?
· Oversee and provide leadership to the Outlet team
· Ensure all Outlet team members are engaging with our guests and providing unforgettable experiences
· Collaborate with our Marketing team to promote Thomson’s Kitchen + Bar
· Ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness in all Outlet areas
· Maximize revenues and control expenses for each outlet
· Coach, train and offer guidance to promote the Outlet’s team performance
· Assist with report generation, scheduling, payroll and inventory management
· Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business needs
· At times may be required to lift a moderate amount of weight
· Valid work authorization for Canada
Qualifications
· Valid Proserve certification is required
· 2 years Leadership Experience as a Supervisor or Manager
· Wine, beer, cocktail and general bar knowledge

This role will typically allow a minimum of 40 hours per week.
The starting annual salary for this role is $72 000 CAD.
