      Outpatient and Diagnostic Centre Manager

      Basinghall Clinic

      LONDON EC2V

      6 Month Fixed Term/ 40 hours per week

      We are currently recruiting for an Outpatient & Diagnostic Centre Manager to work cross-site at Basinghall Clinic, part of Cromwell Hospital - where we offer a comprehensive range of specialty services outpatient services including breast care, gynaecology, orthopaedics, urology, respiratory and MSK. We also provide access to a range of diagnostic services including MRI, 3D digital mammography, ultrasound, ECG, and phlebotomy.

      About the area you’ll be working in

      The role will be primarily based at the Basinghall Clinic. The clinical services are led by highly specialist and experienced Consultant Surgeons and Physicians to include Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal, Breast services, Urology, Cardiology, Gynaecology, Head & Neck services, Radiology and MRI, amongst others. Our services and treatments are available to everyone – not just those with health insurance.

      The Cromwell Hospital offers some of the most technologically advanced treatments and facilities. We have a 10 bedded AICU, 5 theatres, Cath lab, renal dialysis unit, chemo day unit, radiotherapy centre and clinical investigation centre.

      What you’ll do:

      You will be accountable for leading the Cromwell Outpatient & Diagnostic Centre strategy including Basinghall Clinic, to ensure performance is optimised and clinical governance processes are adhered to. You will also be accountable for driving and improving operational performance across all service lines and for ensuring the Centre consistently delivers the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

      What you’ll bring

      • Evidence of management / leadership training (essential)

      • Evidence of continuing professional development within the last 12 months

      • Excellent communication skills

      • Able to demonstrate capability and capacity for clinical service management at a senior level in a large, complex healthcare environment, including staff management, financial management and change management.

      • Masters in health management or equivalent (desirable)

      • Secondary care healthcare experience (desirable)

      • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a leadership role.

      • Demonstrable experience in leadership role within a private Health Centre/Clinic, Hospital (essential)
