      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Code ambulatory surgery and outpatient IVR accounts based on clinical documentation
      - Review and extract data to apply appropriate codes for reimbursement and compliance
      - Utilize encoder software to ensure accurate coding and APC assignment
      - Query physicians for clarification on diagnoses and procedures as needed
      - Ensure coding practices comply with established guidelines and perform related duties as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate required
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Interventional Radiology Cardiovascular Coder (CIRCC), Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) required
      - Minimum of 1 year of coding experience required
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy & physiology required
      - Previous medical coding experience required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional coding certifications or specializations beyond those required
      - Experience in coding complex cardiac procedures or similar specialties
      - Familiarity with encoder software and coding compliance guidelines
