What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion the growth of educational partnerships and community outreach to increase university enrollments and brand awareness
- Schedule meetings and conduct presentations to activate partnerships with corporate and healthcare partners
- Manage recruitment activities such as webinars, education fairs, and information sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations to promote quality learning experiences
- Document and track outreach efforts using Client Relationship Management (CRM) and scheduling software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in higher education, community college, admissions, or business development
- Proven ability to work sensitively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in higher education strongly preferred
- Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
- Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to present to groups, both virtually and in-person
