What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase university enrollments and brand awareness
- Conduct outreach and networking with corporate, healthcare, and community partners
- Manage recruitment activities such as webinars, education fairs, and open house sessions
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and identify new partnership opportunities
- Document outreach efforts and track performance using CRM and scheduling software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in higher education, community college, admissions, or business development
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and community relations abilities
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Familiarity with technology-driven enterprises
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Demonstrated public speaking skills for presenting to diverse audiences
