What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct direct telephonic outreach to patients on the provided list
- Educate patients about clinic appointment availability and services offered
- Apply motivational interviewing tactics to assist patients in scheduling appointments
- Track outreach and outcome documentation in the provided tracking system
- Maintain a collaborative working relationship with the designated market team and practice leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
- Minimum of 1 year of telephonic customer service experience
- Understanding of call center performance operations
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a medical practice or healthcare setting
- Call center experience; bilingual candidates are preferred
- Medical Terminology certification
