What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify potential Allstate customers and serve as a knowledgeable insurance professional
- Identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer products to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Employ creative approaches to build sales pipelines
- Work independently, being self-motivated and accountable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of sales experience with a focus on prospecting and lead generation
- Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
- Emotional intelligence and ability to maintain relationships
- Works independently and is self-motivated
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- Professional Sales certificate
- Degree in a business discipline
