What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform inside sales during training and transition to outside sales in residential areas
- Visit potential buyers through door-knocking, clover-leafing, and referral programs
- Measure and price service areas accurately while explaining service benefits to customers
- Generate additional sales revenue by cross-selling to existing customers
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and customer contact information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable three-year driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Strong sales ability and excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of self-management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of turf care services, pest control, or landscaping
