What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform inside sales from the branch office during training and transition to outside sales in residential areas
- Visit potential buyers through door-knocking, clover-leafing, and referral programs
- Measure and price areas to be serviced accurately
- Explain the benefits and features of services offered and set realistic expectations for customers
- Generate additional sales revenue by cross-selling to current customers and compiling lists of potential sales leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and acceptable 3-year driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong self-management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Knowledge of turf types, weed types, and related care programs
