      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned PA/NJ region while nurturing relationships with existing customers
      - Manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to qualifying prospects and closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Operations and Service, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
      - Regularly visit customer sites to maintain relationships and follow up on warm leads
      - Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations in a timely manner based on customer specifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in sales or technical roles within Capital Sales Equipment
      - Strong self-motivation and proactive approach with excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in using CRM systems
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
      - Familiarity with manufacturing and/or production fields

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in fiber laser, CO2 laser, machine tool, and/or fabrication equipment
      - Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations
