      What You'll Be Doing

      The Outside Sales Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing and supporting the Partner Success Managers within Mindr's Outside Sales team. This role ensures effective execution of referral-based strategies, optimizes CRM usage and reporting, and provides leadership in resolving roadblocks and partner-related issues. Additionally, the Outside Sales Manager oversees administrative responsibilities such as approving expense reports, PTO requests, and confirming commission payout expectations. By fostering team performance and collaboration with internal departments, the Outside Sales Manager drives success in growing partnerships and achieving measurable sales outcomes.
      • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Partner Success Managers to review performance, address challenges, and ensure alignment with goals.
      • Resolve roadblocks and issues raised by Partner Success Managers, escalating concerns to senior leadership only when additional support is required.
      • Approve team expense reports and PTO requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
      • Confirm commission payout expectations, validating calculations and ensuring alignment with performance metrics.
      • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement.
      • Develop and implement strategies to drive referral-based growth within assigned territories.
      • Monitor team performance metrics, ensuring Partner Success Managers meet or exceed individual and team targets.
      • Provide guidance on partnership development, onboarding processes, and adherence to referral guidelines.
      • Collaborate with the Partner Support team to address partner-specific issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
      • Act as a point of escalation for complex partner concerns that cannot be resolved by Partner Success Managers.
      • Own the management of the CRM system (e.g., Zoho), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the team.
      • Track and report on key performance metrics, including outbound call volume, right-party connect rates, and referral funnel metrics.
      • Use CRM data to identify trends, measure success, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
      • Work closely with Compliance, Marketing, and Partner Support teams to align efforts and streamline processes.
      • Ensure consistent communication between Partner Success Managers and other departments to resolve challenges and enhance partner satisfaction.
      • All other duties as assigned.
      Job Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
      • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role, ideally in an outside sales or partnership-driven environment.
      • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) with demonstrated experience in data management and reporting.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve challenges independently or escalate when necessary.
      • Strong analytical skills for tracking and interpreting performance metrics and sales data.
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
      • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
      • Travel approximately 20-40%
      • Team Engagement

      i. Conduct in-person meetings with Partner Success Managers to provide mentorship, training, and performance reviews.

      ii. Participate in onboarding or field training for new hires as necessary.

      iii. Occasional trips to corporate headquarters or national events may also be expected
      • Strategic Support

      i. Visit key partners or attend meetings with Partner Success Managers to address high-priority issues or strengthen relationships.
      • Collaboration with Internal Teams

      i. Attend company events, leadership meetings, or collaborative sessions with departments like Compliance, Marketing, and Partner Support.
      • Market Knowledge and Partner Events

      i. Observe local market dynamics, attend trade shows, or support team members at key industry events.
