      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and execute a weekly sales plan, including customer appointments and territory routing for optimal results
      - Maintain detailed customer files, including product usage, buying habits, and preferences
      - Utilize a consultative sales approach to address customer needs and introduce new product lines
      - Collaborate with vendor sales representatives to align on customer opportunities and sales training
      - Keep the inside sales team informed about territory business and assist with customer order issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Must reside in either Detroit, MI or Grand Rapids, MI
      - Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel
      - Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience
      - Experience in the building supplies industry is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and solve problems
      - Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
      - Experience with B2B sales and relationship building
      - Familiarity with industry-specific products and market trends
