      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a business representative for insulation and building products distribution while aggressively growing sales
      - Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activities within your territory
      - Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
      - Utilize excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in both verbal and written formats
      - Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgments using proficient computer skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 18 years of age
      - Valid driver's license required if operating a company vehicle
      - 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
      - General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred
      - Ability to comprehend construction drawings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong motivation to win
      - Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging demeanor
