      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business
      - Manage your own territory and sales activities independently
      - Present and negotiate effectively to promote insulation and building products
      - Process and review dealer orders and requests using proficient computer skills
      - Perform additional duties as assigned to support business growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 18 years of age
      - Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes
      - 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
      - Knowledge of the general contractor and building industry preferred
      - Ability to comprehend construction drawings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science
      - Strong entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to succeed
      - Excellent interpersonal skills that foster engagement and enthusiasm
