What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while growing the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct effective product training seminars and customer events
- Manage sales programs and execute sales plans to maximize revenue
- Visit customers regularly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of selling experience, preferably in an outside territory
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a territory effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the golf industry and Callaway Golf products preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in outside account management
- Familiarity with golf products and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and maximize business opportunities
- Experience in conducting training sessions or customer events
- Willingness to relocate for the position
