      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share in assigned territory
      - Lead sales efforts and manage local Profit Center to ensure superior customer experiences
      - Utilize cold-calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio
      - Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs effectively
      - Perform additional duties as required to support daily operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
      - Minimum age requirement of 21 years
      - Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
      - Effective communication and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
      - Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
