What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share in assigned territory
- Perform and lead sales efforts to expand the existing customer portfolio
- Manage and lead the local Profit Center to ensure superior customer experiences
- Utilize cold-calling and closing skills to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with a team to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or 3-4 years of related sales experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills may be preferred in some locations
- Previous experience in roles such as Account Manager, Rental Sales, or Customer Service Representative
