- Drive new business growth across hospitals, health systems, and large group practices
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and C-Suite leaders
- Execute strategic territory plans and exceed quarterly & annual sales goals
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with healthcare providers and executives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with service and operations teams to ensure client success
- Become a trusted advisor in the Point of Care healthcare space
- 2-5+ years of B2B, medical device, dental, or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven success exceeding sales quotas and growing territories
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
- Experience managing healthcare accounts, HCP networks, or health systems
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- Passion for healthcare innovation and relationship-driven sales
