      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and grow an existing customer base while identifying and developing new business opportunities
      - Build relationships with decision-makers at natural gas companies, contractors, and municipalities
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals
      - Manage the full sales pipeline using the employer's CRM system
      - Represent the employer at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
      - 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the natural gas, utility, or construction industries
      - Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
      - Comfortable with up to 50% travel (approx. 8-12 overnights per month)
      - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to contractors, utilities, or municipalities strongly preferred
      - Self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
