      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Prospect, qualify, and close new customers, expanding presence in key market segments
      - Grow existing relationships by uncovering new needs and cross-selling value-added services

      - Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of outside sales experience with measurable success in business growth
      - Experience with tubing, pipe, bar, or value-added metal services strongly preferred
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
      - Strong business and financial acumen with margin-management experience
      - Willingness to travel 70+% across the assigned region

      - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and advanced MS Office skills
      - A results-oriented mindset with a record of developing new business in industrial, metals, or manufacturing sectors
