      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive incremental sales growth by cultivating business relationships and prospecting new customers
      - Utilize Salesforce for managing customer communications and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
      - Conduct initial customer meetings to sell the employer's value proposition
      - Collaborate with the Inside Sales Support Representative to ensure a seamless customer experience
      - Participate in district/regional meetings and communicate weekly activities with management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Minimum of 2 years of work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years in account management or sales management
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Completion of a high school diploma or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of professional work experience
      - 2 plus years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
      - Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to build and cultivate a network of relationships
