What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate new sales relationships and drive incremental sales growth within assigned customer portfolios
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Pro Sales Manager and team to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance
- Utilize Salesforce for planning sales activities and managing customer communications
- Conduct initial meetings with customers to present the employer's value proposition and quote materials
- Establish effective partnerships by completing a minimum of 10 sales call appointments per week
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of account management or sales management experience
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of professional work experience
- 2 plus years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to create and cultivate an active network of relationships
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
