What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate and maintain mobile shop equipment and diagnostic tool showrooms
- Assist franchisees and company store sales representatives in selling various shop equipment to end-users
- Visit shops on franchisee routes to demonstrate product value and drive sales
- Write and present quotes to end-users, aiming for a sales expectation of $55,000 per week
- Evaluate and coach franchisees and company store sales representatives on business growth strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in direct sales or sales management, preferably in outside sales or B2B sales
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair is highly valued
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and more than 50 pounds occasionally, and to drive a 16-20' vehicle 70-85% of the time

- Experience as a product expert in selling automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong interest in sales and tools, with a passion for hands-on problem-solving
