      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with architectural millwork companies and fabricators within your territory
      - Conduct face-to-face consultations with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs
      - Drive growth through new client acquisition and the development of existing relationships
      - Provide exceptional customer service, positioning yourself as a one-stop-shop for surfacing solutions
      - Maintain accurate reporting and system information in the CRM application

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of successful consultative outside sales experience in solid surface, premium panel, or laminate categories
      - Strong existing network of fabricator relationships
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage your own time effectively to achieve results
      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

      - Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities
      - University degree preferred, but not required
