What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive incremental sales growth by cultivating business relationships with assigned customer portfolios
- Utilize Salesforce to plan future sales call activities and manage customer communications
- Conduct initial customer meetings to build relationships and sell the employer's value proposition
- Establish effective partnerships with assigned customers through regular sales calls
- Collaborate with the Pro Sales Manager to monitor key performance indicators and financial performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of account management or sales management experience
- Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of professional work experience
- 2 plus years in the home improvement or home building industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to create and cultivate an active network of relationships
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills
