      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend scheduled property appointments across the Austin area
      - Comp and analyze residential homes to determine fair cash offers
      - Negotiate directly with sellers to close profitable deals
      - Document property data and update CRM systems with precision
      - Collaborate with acquisitions and leadership teams to hit monthly KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (car, RV, solar, home services, pest control, etc.)
      - Strong ability to build rapport and overcome objections face-to-face
      - Highly organized with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
      - Motivated by competition, money, and growth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in residential real estate sales or acquisitions
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and property evaluation processes
