What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and receive mentorship from managers
- Complete weekly and monthly professional development training
- Shadow and collaborate with Pro associates in various sales functions
- Support Pro customers through inbound and outbound selling, transactions, and account management
- Assist in generating qualified leads and performing sales analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Professional Sales or Consultative Selling Skills
- Problem-solving and general analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
