      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve individual and company sales goals through professional sales techniques and exceptional customer service
      - Maintain and enhance relationships with existing accounts while targeting new customers
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop trusted relationships with key personnel
      - Utilize company resources and technology to document activities and manage sales territory effectively
      - Complete daily sales reports on account activity, proposals, and customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of B2B or non-retail sales experience
      - Knowledge of industrial equipment and/or general rigging is strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with industrial construction and maintenance is strongly preferred
      - Valid Driver's License with a good driving record; must meet insurance underwriting requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Outside sales experience in equipment rentals
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
      - Strong understanding of local projects and market conditions
      - Ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies
      - Experience utilizing CRM systems for sales management
