What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve individual and company sales goals through effective sales techniques and customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while targeting new customers
- Continuously assess and strategize to increase market share within the assigned territory
- Provide prompt follow-up and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize company technology to maintain organized documentation of sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B or non-retail sales experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and/or general rigging preferred
- Familiarity with industrial construction and maintenance preferred
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in outside sales, particularly in equipment rentals
- Knowledge of local projects and market conditions in the Washington, DC area
- Proficiency in using CRM software for sales activity documentation
