What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve individual and company sales goals through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while targeting new customers in assigned territory
- Assess and communicate market conditions and strategies to increase market share
- Utilize company resources and technology to document and manage sales activity within assigned territory
- Complete daily sales reports on account activity and proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B or non-retail sales experience required
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and/or general rigging preferred
- Familiarity with industrial construction and maintenance preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Outside sales experience in equipment rentals is a plus
- Experience in building relationships with mid and senior-level managers
