      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow existing customer accounts while seeking new sales opportunities
      - Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory
      - Deliver quality service and reliability to customers in the industrial woodworking sector
      - Utilize strong follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
      - Coordinate with management and utilize training resources to enhance sales effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of two (2) years of proven success in outside sales, preferably in the woodworking or industrial distribution sectors
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
